This stay is located two streets down from the beach of Los Lances. The Balcony is overlooking the sea, giving you endless opportunities to enjoy the sunsets with a drink or a bite. If you feel like going out for breakfast, lunch or dinner, there are many Famous Cafés in the area, with plenty of surf stores alike. In the area there are many parking possibilities if you are renting a car, therefore daytrips and transporting equipment is very convenient. It is an approximate 15 minutes walking from the centre of the old town.

A unique feature of the apartment is the big Yoga Room overlooking the sea, protected from the elements.
